CONTENT CREATOR (FULL-TIME)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming and planning for the brand’s content strategy, 2 Brands: ORDINAIRE (Upholstered Furniture) & BONARIO (Curtains & Wallcoverings)
• Create and propose digital content for blogs and social media and other visual elements for websites
• Brainstorm and recommend content ideas for a communication plan for each project
• Propose and present ideas to get approval from managers
• Work with supplier/production houses to develop approved formats for final outcome, monitor the shooting and post period to ensure the expected quality
• Research and update trends in digital entertaining content
• Support partial communication execution
• Other Marketing and Communication activities of BONARIO:
  • Coordinate with related departments to come up with ideas for Team Building activities and internal communication of the company.
  • Implement other Communication & Marketing activities at the request of the Marketing Manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Job Requirements:

• Education background: Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Journalist or Marketing related fields
• A portfolio of different kind of clips/works which suits for digital and advertising industry

Working Experience & Competencies

• Strong creative mindset is a must
• At least 1 years’ experience in social content creating, especially digital content
• Update regularly trends of content in digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Canva.
• Ability to collaborate well with teammates to brainstorm ideas
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a high-pressure and rapidly-changing environment
• Have ability to communicate in English and to write proposal in English as well
• Must be a strong, self-starter adept at independent problem-solving.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Video editing is a plus.
• Detailed oriented + Strong ability to prioritize work & resources.
• Good at communication
