Ordinaire Vietnam's purchasing policy

(Applicable to Customers purchasing goods at Showrooms or via websites and online shopping channels of Ordinaire Vietnam - Facebook, Instagram, Zalo)

 

I. Purchase instructions:

Step 1: Select products
Purchase in Showroom:
Please visit Ordinaire Vietnam's Showrooms to select products that suit your preferences or demands.

Select the product that suits your preferences or demands and add it to your cart.

 

Step 2: Place order

Provide the delivery details and choose your payment method.

Step 3: Proceed payment
Deposit:

  • For Customers buying furniture products via website and at Showroom, the deposit fee is 60% of the total value of order. For home decoration products purchased at the store, kindly pay 100% when purchasing.
  • In case Customer has deposited in advance, the remainder will be paid upon delivery. If Customer refuses to receive the goods not due to product defect, Ordinaire Vietnam has the right to cancel the order and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If Customer receives a product that is defective or different from ordered model, Ordinaire Vietnam will be responsible for replacing the correct product within 14 days from the date of unsuccessful delivery. In case similar product is not available, Ordinaire Vietnam will cancel the order, and refund the received deposit within 30 days to Customer. With international credit card transactions, time for deposit refund will depend on the card-issuing bank.

- Kindly double-check all information related to your Order before payment.

- An order created by Customer and sent to Ordinaire Vietnam in the above manner is considered an offer to enter into a contract for the sale of products according to Ordinaire Vietnam's General Policy.

- Any order forms must be confirmed by Ordinaire's staff. Please do not transfer money without confirmation.

    • Ordinaire Vietnam's electronic payment system is connected to the VNPay electronic payment gateway. Accordingly, Ordinaire Vietnam's payment security standards ensure compliance with VNPay's security standards, which have been assessed by the State Bank of Vietnam for safety and security and officially licensed to operate.


    II. Order confirmation:

    • After successfully placing an order, Customers will receive an order confirmation notice from Ordinaire Vietnam, which is considered an acceptance to enter into a contract for the sale of products from Ordinaire Vietnam.
    • If the order comes with more than one product, after completing the payment, if the Customer wishes to cancel one product in the order or to exchange for another product, please cancel the current order and place a new order.
