Ordinaire Vietnam's purchasing policy
(Applicable to Customers purchasing goods at Showrooms or via websites and online shopping channels of Ordinaire Vietnam - Facebook, Instagram, Zalo)
I. Purchase instructions:

Step 3: Proceed payment
Deposit:
- For Customers buying furniture products via website and at Showroom, the deposit fee is 60% of the total value of order. For home decoration products purchased at the store, kindly pay 100% when purchasing.
- In case Customer has deposited in advance, the remainder will be paid upon delivery. If Customer refuses to receive the goods not due to product defect, Ordinaire Vietnam has the right to cancel the order and the deposit will not be refunded.
- If Customer receives a product that is defective or different from ordered model, Ordinaire Vietnam will be responsible for replacing the correct product within 14 days from the date of unsuccessful delivery. In case similar product is not available, Ordinaire Vietnam will cancel the order, and refund the received deposit within 30 days to Customer. With international credit card transactions, time for deposit refund will depend on the card-issuing bank.
- Kindly double-check all information related to your Order before payment.
- An order created by Customer and sent to Ordinaire Vietnam in the above manner is considered an offer to enter into a contract for the sale of products according to Ordinaire Vietnam's General Policy.
- Any order forms must be confirmed by Ordinaire's staff. Please do not transfer money without confirmation.

- Ordinaire Vietnam's electronic payment system is connected to the VNPay electronic payment gateway. II. Order confirmation:
- After successfully placing an order, Customers will receive an order confirmation notice from Ordinaire Vietnam, which is considered an acceptance to enter into a contract for the sale of products from Ordinaire Vietnam.
- If the order comes with more than one product, after completing the payment, if the Customer wishes to cancel one product in the order or to exchange for another product, please cancel the current order and place a new order.

SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Ordinaire. Below are the shipping and delivery policies for customers purchasing products from Ordinaire.
Delivery will be handled directly by Ordinaire's shipping unit. After receiving your Order, an Ordinaire sales consultant will inform you about the Delivery Time and specific Shipping Cost when you place the order.
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
All customers who shop online at the website https://www.ordinairevietnam.com/ or directly at Ordinaire showrooms and require direct home or site delivery.
2. SHIPPING TYPES:
Door Step Delivery*: Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery. Items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and are then unpacked.
*Two delivery time per day: Morning 10am - 1pm, Afternoon 1pm - 4pm.
Front Door Delivery: With Front Door Delivery, packages are delivered to your front door or main entrance. This service does not include bringing items inside and upstairs.
Ship to Store Delivery: Pick up your order from our store.
3. METHODS OF APPLICATION:
2.1. Free Delivery:
Free delivery is offered within Ho Chi Minh City for orders valued at 10 million VND or more.
2.2. Delivery with Fees:
Delivery to suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces in Vietnam will incur charges based on the shipping fee table below. For customers in the provinces, orders must be prepaid before delivery. Ordinaire will only dispatch goods after agreeing with the customer on the shipping method and cost.

4. Delivery Time
- Depending on the transportation distance and fabric material of the product, delivery time will range from 7-28 days after placing the order.
- In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or issues in the export process.

5. Other Notes
- Ordinaire's delivery service is responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the shipping process from the warehouse to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please sign to confirm the status of the goods with the delivery staff. Then, contact Ordinaire's customer service department for support.
- After you have signed for receipt of the goods without any notes or comments, Ordinaire will NOT be responsible for any warranty claims related to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, wrong items, etc., from you later. In such cases, you can contact the Ordinaire customer service hotline for paid repair and maintenance services.
